This is my Steiner 430 with 3" wheel spacers and 4 weights on the back and helper springs on the front. The deck is an old 72" that I bought cheap and has already been welded on a bunch I further modified the deck by trimming back the shrouds on the bottom to better expose the blades to cut brush instead of just bending it over. I have one loud bearing that needs replaced on the deck. safety fl...

Well perpetual motion has been invented. It's called HHG, this machine just invented this year by a pilipino. His name Mr. L. A.
Name of thus Valve? What type of Valve is y?
The fact that you can do this with one hand is pretty awesome
Where were you 5 hours ago!? Great tip.
We need to see the power broom
Thank you. I was looking for a design with parts and found this. The parts list helped tremendously! This is one of if not the most helpful videos I have found in a while
Bear Grylls told me in one of his survival videos that all fresh water fish are edible... and salt water fish, as long as it looks like a fish, are edible... so... use that knowledge how you would....
Net it and put it on camera outside the pond water.
Joe (Dr. Watson) thinks we are Sherlock Holmes in 'The Strange Case of the Barely Discernable Fish the Pond'. It looks like a bass. We should check on Miss Moneypenny! If you have minnows in your pond, say goodbye to them first. I'd catch and eat it asap. I have a great recipe for baked bass.
@Joe Malovich, this is 2yr old but I wonder if you managed to hook up the tronxy display to the BTT? Could you share the pinout/cable if you done it?
I did not, I went with the OEM Pi 7" touchscreen
yes, it's definitely a fish 😃
imo freshwater drum when it tilts slightly appears to have a tall body
I got my new blade awesome will find machine shope for old blade. I went home depot to replace some of them old bolts nuts some they did not have or the right size
I'm voting largemouth bass as well, the dorsal fin, and the coloration pattern. Easiest way is to toss a Jitterbug or some other topwater popper in there around dusk and do a catch and release, lol
Looks like a juvenile smallmouth
Head is to sharp and body to narrow for bass. Possibly walleye or small pike.
Looks like a large mouth bass maybe
I was dubious at first too, but I have managed to find some images online of a largemouth with a dark end of tail. The big soft-dorsal fin matches too.
@@JoeMalovich i was just fishing yesterday and caught a few. That is what i saw in the water.
I didn't take the guard by the blade off I don't have spare bolts and Allen screws so I just left it but one of my Allen's crews on the blade the screw head stripped so I got the blade out on the edge and with a hatchet small hatchet I probably pressure on the blade on the outside of the orange can and got the nut off miracle
Cool concept. Love to see it with higher head pressure to see if it could pump faster, or more water volume

Nice!
Well your video is just what ive been looking for. Thanku so much very helpful. I got a deal on 7ho predator. Yet not able to handle larger branches then i bought a manual hand pump log splitter, also bought the round 4way where u sledge ax . 4lb. Then i found the Same DR wood chipper u have $500 the booklet date on back says 2008' i have to push the wood in and it won't chip on its own feed. I just ordered a blade on amazon half price compared to DR. Thankyou for stating 1/16 " anvil and 40° degree on blade i will see old one has any life ,i will have to find somewhere for that. I just bought a 1/2" impact wrench brushless motor 1500 NM i need to learn see how adjustment in there gonna be. Your video gives me the understanding to make better. I done have the large chute. My starter solenoid stuck i banged with tree branch😅 also my battery ground smoked was loose. I need to research the belts area. Nice u used a hoe to get the wood out. Most of all very glad you pushed the unit to its peak performance. Awesome yes the chute appears a little funky in there almost intentional to keep us from jamming her up. Most videos i watched they babied there chipper. Im on 2.5 acres i cut a ton of scrub oaks then i went around with my stihl pole and hand saw and loppers cut everyhing down to get ready for chipper and underneath last i will use our log spllitter. I bought splitting cone set and little small squere wood splitter. I wonder how the impact wrench would do with the cone splitter will see. I'm happy with my purchase. DR support phone waiting is horrendous. They did respond to me FB messenger was nice. Your video is what i needed thanku very much. They probably top for residential go bigger become commercial tier big money.
I still have this and it's chipping branches regularly. I have sharpened the blade once more. I'm pretty sure there is no friction material left on the slipper clutch :/ Note that every official DR video on UA-cam has comments turned off. Curious.
Wow I heard u say about clutch I need to learn more about it. My belt is good with ruler top test. Just belt still seems a bit loose. Need to learn how to adjust. Finally can do bigger batches and I have manual log splitter tools a few of them. Thanku.i think people can be overly critical these machines really get a workout. @@JoeMalovich
@@JoeMalovichYes I need to learn about this centrifical and slip clutch stuff I'm using mine and the new blade is awesome but yeah it is definitely something in there getting weaker I was concerned about the belt being pretty loose but I in this case it's kind of nice that it's loose and it shows me that it's going to start to lock up and I can turn down the RPMs and get the jam out of there I do like that it'll disconnect. Does have trouble staying at the RPMs when you get to the bigger pieces got to hold it and let it bite then let it get another bite but then when it gets too short you just let it go and then the very last part can jam up
Yet overall it's really a savior is helping me a lot saving me a lot more time compared to the little predator seven horsepower that would have been a nightmare
Yeah I'm getting the same problem though friction seems really weak and mostly it's worse of course when I do bigger pieces and clutch gets hotter The belt looks good on the top you know with the ruler but it still looks and feels really loose I need to see if there's any bounce in the belt but I'm sure that clutch probably pretty worn I bought this used I heard it's like $300 is there any adjustments or it's just install and let it wear and tear@@JoeMalovich
When dumped, how wide around is this pile?
How did you do that?????

hinges are a real challenge
Seems surprisingly topical given the recent This Old Tony video lol. Nice design!
Notice the publication date on the printables model is before the TOT video? I saw an opportunity and I already had this video on my phone so I just uploaded it.

Very nice
Where may I purchase this item?
@14:37 Well the rock should have stuck to that spinning object according to the doctrine of gravity anyways, damn I guess there isn't any gravity after all and you just proved it lol.
Very cool homemade wind generator, it seems to work very effectively, thank you for sharing
That's awesome. I'm gonna say I wouldn't use those "quick" connects they seem to not be so quick..... But hey if that's what you like then go for it, respect.
Just make the housing bigger to avoid splashing
Hello John. I’ve been following for a couple years. Found you through Seth’s channel. I’ve got some ram pump waste valve questions for you. Is there a way I can send an email or DM? I appreciate you sir! 🤝🛠️

Good idea with a sniffer valve. I drilled a 1mm hole under my check valve, but it didn't work. Have looked at your setup and have together with a friend changed the sniffer valve a bit, as my grease nipple is made of hardened metal. We removed the bushing at the bottom and spring. Then a small steel tube with an inner diameter smaller than the ball was inserted was inserted. The ball now has a few mm clearance and can sniff freely. Will be tested in Greenland in August.
Sorry, did not work for me.
I love this Christmas tree like tool bag. But my bags usually end up sideways in the back of the truck so I’ll stick with my Veto. Thanks for the video.
How up hill can pump up high?
I have the same iseu how did you do this?
Is there a PURPOSE to using commercially pressurized water to spin a wheel to generate electricity? Or is there a stream a thousand feet overhead?
Spring fed 280ft up.
This company is a scam and has been gone for years now and no one has been able to receive their products or money back
I just don’t see where all the teflon tape and glue is needed! Surely it can’t possibly make that much pressure?
It absolutely can build much pressure.
It's called leak free. You are a master plumber 😅
Good Job Joe
Do you know what size knobs you bought?
If you could design a shell the shape of a spool (cylindrical) that housed the heater and fan somehow, or even was drop-in at the positions you have it here, you could make moneyyyyy
The set up is good BUT if you had more water coming in, you would have a GREAT SYSTEM. In my opinion is too many parts and maintenance will be an issue
This is amazing, i need to print a ton of bases of all different sizes. Can you link to any videos / documentation on how you made this? Would love to try and stack the full build volume of the x1c with all the different grid sizes i need
Peltons have to work at narrow flow rate to be efficient
